Galantasy is a map in Survive The Disasters 2.
Appearance[]
The map is set in a space-themed environment, with bright colors being remarkable. Colorful hexagon-shaped disks make up the floor, terrain and shelter structures.

- Galantasy's name is a portmanteau[1] of the "galaxy" and "fantasy" words.
- Galantasy was one of Vyriss's past usernames.
- Early versions of Galantasy were named Galaxy.
- Galantasy's Blue theme used to have a purple skybox, along with other minor lighting differences from its current version. It was changed in an unknown update, likely shortly after the game's official release.
- Galantasy's Green theme was introduced in the April Fools 2018 event, being added in Version 1.31 as a map theme meant to be exclusive to the upcoming Hardcore Mode at the time.
- During the April Fools 2018 event, Galantasy's Purple theme's soundtrack received an april fool's joke remixed version by Siivagunner, Sonic Mania - Studiopolis Zone (Beta Version), while for its Green theme's soundtrack, Shadow the Hedgehog - Digital Circuit.
- Galantasy's Green theme was disabled in Version 41.79, along with several other map themes, such as Atlantis's Night theme, possibly as an attempt to minimize extreme color contrasts in map themes.
- Galantasy's hexagon pads used to have a shining effect across the whole map for both Purple and Blue themes. For the Blue theme, it stopped working in an unknown update during the beta versions. For the Purple theme, it was removed in Version 41.79, possibly as an attempt to minimize special visual effects in maps.
- Galantasy is currently the only map to let players able to fall off and die, with the previous maps with access to the void being City Park, Sky Ruins and Acid Depths.
